The Antalya coast is having its most interesting year in a decade — and not because of volume. The 2025-26 wave brought Regnum's second flagship, a Nickelodeon-branded theme-park hotel, Voyage's design-forward Kundu debut, and a city-centre Hilton that treats Antalya itself as a destination rather than an airport. The all-inclusive machine is still running, but it is being segmented, styled and priced like never before. Below: the eight openings that define the cycle, with dates and official sources.
This season's actual debuts run the full width of the market — from Voyage's premium design play to TUI's value machine and a mass-market giant in Alanya.
Antalya built its legend on a single insight: that the European family would trade choice for certainty, and that a wristband could be a business model. For three decades the coast optimized that model to perfection — bigger buffets, longer piers, louder aquaparks, and an airport that became one of Europe's busiest almost by accident. What is happening in the 2025-27 cycle is the model's second act: the discovery that the same guest, ten years richer, will pay three times as much for a version of the same holiday with the noise designed out of it.
Regnum The Crown is the clearest signal. This is an all-inclusive hotel — buffets, wristbands, the works — that opens with a Jennifer Lopez concert, stocks Bvlgari amenities, builds Turkey's first adults-only rooftop infinity pool and charges €1,500 a night. A decade ago that sentence would have been a contradiction. Today it is the coast's fastest-growing tier, and everyone from Cullinan to Ethno to the Voyage group is racing to occupy it. The wristband has not disappeared; it has been gilded.
Equally telling is where the global brands are placing their bets. Hilton is not building on Lara Beach — it is going downtown, betting that Antalya's old harbour, museums and restaurant scene can hold a guest for a city break on their own. Accor, having planted Mövenpick on the Tekirova coast, is taking Swissôtel to Kalkan, the boutique harbour town the mega-resorts never reached. The geography of the Riviera is stretching in both directions: upmarket into suite-and-villa enclaves, and inward into the city that forty million annual visitors used to fly over.
The risk in this story is the same as the opportunity: everything now depends on execution at price points this coast has never sustained. A €1,500 guest forgives nothing; a catamaran shuttle to the beach is charming exactly once if the service slips. But the direction is unmistakable. Antalya spent thirty years proving it could do volume better than anyone in the Mediterranean. The next ten will be spent proving it can do value. Judging by this opening class, the smart money is already there.
